Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking a skilled and strategic Principal Data and Business Analyst to join a key Queensland Government department. You will work closely with building industry specialists across the government and private sector to develop innovative data analysis and insight strategies. You will also lead the development and implementation of data driven strategies, provide expert advice on business processes and deliver innovative data solutions that align with strategic objectives to support the entire built asset lifecycle.
Key Skills and Abilities- Use contemporary data science tools.
- Use data governance principles, information management and privacy standards.
- Use project management methodologies and tools.
- Analyse and interpret complex business challenges and propose solutions.
- Leverage business intelligence, enterprise systems and mobile technologies.
- Present data to senior stakeholders and respond to questions.
- Provide high level strategic and professional advice to a range of key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage projects within timeframes.
- Be resilient and adaptable to changing organisational priorities and environments.
- Write and speak with precision and persuasion.
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in managing multiple priorities and projects within required timeframes.
