Process Improvement Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Specialist to lead our Business Process Management (BPM) transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business activities and translate them into detailed process models.
- Document and analyse current state processes in SAP ECC6, identify pain points and translate these into actionable system migration strategies.
- Apply agreed BPM modelling specifications and standards to ensure that process models are robust, scalable, and aligned with company requirements.
- Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and obtain feedback.
- Contribute to project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery of process modelling tasks including developing user stories.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Process Analyst/ Business Analyst on large transformation programs.
- Extensive experience with process modelling, process mining, and a deep understanding of BPM best practice.
- Background in SAP upgrades, migrations, and transformations.
- Understanding of finance, corporate and retail functions.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core SAP modules.
