Family Violence Counselling Team Lead

Overview
This is a challenging leadership role that requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team of professionals who provide counseling and support services to individuals and families affected by family violence.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, building relationships with other service providers, and contributing to quality improvement projects.
- They will also be responsible for managing human, financial, and physical resources, and providing supervision and guidance to staff.
This is a permanent, part-time day worker position, working 60.8 hours per fortnight, with the opportunity to negotiate working hours with the successful applicant.
The salary range for this position is $110,425 to $121,907 per annum, plus an employer superannuation contribution of 11.5%.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, registered with the relevant National Board or professional association.
You will also need to have current Working with Children Registration and a Driver's Licence.
