Key Role Description

The Implementation Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our team by driving operational efficiency, coordinating and managing critical administrative processes.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and administration to support smooth delivery of implementation projects
  • Act as the central point of contact for the team, ensuring effective communication and workflow between internal teams, partners, and customers
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices to enhance team effectiveness and customer outcomes
  • Uphold guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all activities
Core Skills Required
  • A motivated self-starter with drive and determination
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Motivated by KPIs and targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or scheduling is desirable
  • Understanding of software adoption processes and insight into the trades industries would be an advantage
