Customer Experience Strategist – Banking Proposition Evolution

We are seeking an experienced Customer Journey Expert to join our Daily Banking Transformation initiative. This pivotal role will drive the modernisation and transformation of ING's Daily Banking proposition, ensuring customer and business growth aspirations are met.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of daily banking products, operations, processes, and regulatory requirements. They will have experience in driving and interpreting customer research, financial management of E2E portfolios, and relevant business acumen to iterate existing propositions as well as build new ones.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the business and implementation streams of the Daily Banking Transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Input into the Daily Banking proposition redesign based on research, insights, customer testing, and engagement with internal stakeholders.
