About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Aged Care Homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist with staff rosters, training schedules, and other administrative tasks
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the front reception area

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn internal software systems
