Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital role in shaping our internal communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and publishing communication materials that align with our internal campaigns and projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Draft High-Quality Content: Create engaging content for our communication channels and oversee its distribution across platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management and improvement of our social media presence, including LinkedIn.
  • Media Monitoring: Assist with daily media monitoring and distribution.
  • Contact List Management: Maintain key contact lists, including media and government contacts.
  • Enquiry Handling: Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries and draft responses as required.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs team, including processing invoices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience in a similar role; global business experience highly desirable.
  • Strong Writing and Organisational Skills.
  • Familiarity with Digital Platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proactive Nature with ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility to Work Across Time Zones and during key business periods.
