Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow expert to lead the design and solutioning of our ServiceNow platforms across various modules.

  • Responsibilities include end-to-end solutioning for ServiceNow-related RFPs, including requirement analysis, architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • The ideal candidate will design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
  • They will conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • The selected individual will create high-impact proposal content that clearly communicates technical and business value.
  • Engagement with enterprise clients requires strong consulting skills and the ability to tailor ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
  • Alignment with ServiceNow platform best practices and integration capabilities is crucial.

Required skills include extensive experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions, proven success in leading ServiceNow solutioning for complex RFPs, strong consulting background, and a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration capabilities.
