Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Lead Consultant to join our team. This role is based in Melbourne and involves delivering high-quality ServiceNow projects and services to ensure customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to lead and deliver ServiceNow hands-on solutions (development, testing and implementation) as an individual contributor or as part of a team to a high degree of satisfaction by the customer.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements, including development, testing, and implementation.
  • Lead and coordinate team members during customer engagements, providing expertise, quality assurance, peer review, guidance, and support.
  • Analyze and provide solution recommendations, outlining detailed options with benefits.
  • Capture and document customer and development team requirements through workshops, listening well and engaging in feedback.
  • Present design specifications documentation to stakeholders, considering out-of-the-box functionality, ServiceNow best practice standards, and customer needs.
  • Develop relationships with clients, establishing trust and reputation for accuracy and quality of delivery.
  • Solve problems efficiently and effectively, serving as a trusted escalation and support point for teams engaged in the account.
  • Mentor junior employees, making hiring recommendations, and contributing to interviews.
  • Create knowledge-sharing resources, such as reusable frameworks, education sessions, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering ServiceNow projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to provide platform insight and forward thinking on ServiceNow upgrades, new releases, and future roadmaps.
  • Proven skills in creating build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specification documentation.
  • Background in hands-on development skills, such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, integrations, and more.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate value and platforms insights.
  • Leadership experience in customer engagements, workshops, and team management.
  • ServiceNow mastery certifications and desired qualifications, including Sales & Messaging Foundation Accreditation and various product line accreditations.
