About the Role:

  • The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is a high-performing professional responsible for delivering exceptional projects and services across Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client requirements.
  • Explore and leverage ServiceNow's capabilities to optimize solutions.
  • Ensure quality and efficiency through code reviews and testing.
  • Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and UI elements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
  • Develop test cases to maintain software quality.
  • Document code and application functionality.
  • Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.
  • Transfer knowledge to team members on ServiceNow administration and development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM and 1+ additional CIS certification, ServiceNow Suite Certified.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ability to create build documentation, solution designs, and detailed design specifications.
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience delivering multiple ServiceNow product line projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
