Job Description:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence in our ServiceNow environment. You will analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the architecture.
- Lead Technical Implementations: Oversee complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple applications/modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC, and CSM.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert guidance on using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations.
- Solution Design: Design scalable technical solutions and provide detailed specifications for those solutions.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in ServiceNow, with certifications such as CSA, CAD, or HRSD being advantageous.
