About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead transformational change activities across a project using Change Management Process.

You will support the development of new operational models, commissioning strategies, decanting and relocation plans.

Work closely with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, project teams to document and communicate change, and manage stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The role offers a degree of autonomy and flexibility but requires strong self-direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role providing expert advice on change management matters, strategies and solutions
  • Ensure change outputs meet the project vision, objectives and are in alignment with NSW Health values
  • Work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, operational user groups and governance bodies
  • Co-design and document new operational processes that align with Clinical Services Plans and Functional Briefs
  • Anticipate and address organisational cultural barriers to change, build commitment among staff, and work in partnership with communications teams to ensure successful stakeholder engagement
  • Identify clinical and non-clinical risks, supporting redesign of service delivery, and contribute to the direction of assets and resources for future service readiness

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex change management processes within a health or similarly complex service environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • High-level analytical, planning and risk management skills
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2)
