About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Director to lead our Castle Hill campus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management of the campus, including the delivery of educational leadership and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure child safety and welfare at all times
  • Provide a point of focus on the delivery of agreed monthly KPIs that support all aspects of our business
  • Ensure effective communication between the campus and families
  • Model and drive our HEART principles and leadership practice
  • Facilitate events for families to create an inclusive and welcoming community environment
Requirements
  • Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or Diploma of Children's Services
  • Current First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualification
  • Child Protection qualification – Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm
  • Minimum of five years demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting
  • Advocate for early childhood and Only About Children
  • Able to work within a group structure
  • Experience in operating a childcare campus
  • Experience coaching teams
  • Knowledge of statutory regulations relating to the sector
