About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at MUFG Pension & Market Services. As a key member of our Fund Services business, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and fostering strong relationships.
  • Strategic Client Planning: Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and strategic initiatives, while effectively managing client expectations.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage client projects, facilitate meetings, and produce regular reports on client activity, performance, and billing.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients, and proactively address any service or compliance issues.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven Client Services Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Custody and Fund Administration, including experience in a client-facing, relationship management or account management role.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain productive client relationships, with a strong focus on managing client expectations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the securities industry and investment administration services, with relevant experience in investment operations, fund administration, or financial services highly regarded.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders, and adept at anticipating client needs and resolving issues proactively.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in service delivery, reporting, and documentation.
