Job Title:Site Operations Manager

This role is accountable for delivering excellent site management and customer service outcomes. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the activities of field service technicians to achieve optimal results.

You will provide supervision and direction to team members, ensure effective utilization of labor and resources, and coordinate field service activities on a day-to-day basis. Additionally, you will process and respond to warranty claims, develop and train field service personnel, and communicate clearly with all business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake all planning requirements to ensure effective utilization of labor and resources
  • Provide supervision and direction to team members
  • Coordinate field service technicians on a day-to-day basis
  • Process and respond to warranty claims
  • Develop and train field service personnel
  • Communicate clearly and work with all business lines to provide consistent service and support to customers
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment
  • Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum of 5 years post-trade experience)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is advantageous
  • Strong EHS management culture with a drive and determination to achieve company targets and goals
  • Positive and proactive outlook with excellent communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met
