Job Description Summary
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake all necessary scheduling of work, staff and equipment to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly production targets are achieved
- Ensure the standard of all work in the field is of a high quality and in accordance with work practices and standards required by the Client, the Company and service providers
- Ensure current work practices are implemented in the field and recommend changes to ensure that any activity is performed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner
- Assist Admin/Project Coordinator with project forecast, as-built queries, and other field-based information
- Liaise with and make all necessary arrangements with Public Authorities regarding provision of services to the network and working in public areas
- Resolve conflicts within your group. Counsel staff and sub-contractors on poor performance eg; work practices/output, defects, attendance, punctuality, failure to report, customer complaints etc.
- Arrange reports to management and the customer on the status of work and recommend / carry out corrective action as required; escalating issues where necessary
- Produce and disseminate relevant briefings / updates / information/toolbox information to all staff and sub-contractors

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in the Construction / Telecommunications industries or similar
- Good working knowledge of Wideband services and their operation
- Relevant technical qualifications and appropriate industry accreditations
- Current driver's license to enable site visits
- Possess an expert technical knowledge of the relevant aspects of the various networks and the work practices required by the client
