The Role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Learning Coordinator to join our team and support our national training initiatives, programs, and functions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the design, delivery, assessment, and reporting of employee learning, capability, and development across all teams nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement L&D initiatives, courses, and programs designed to enhance workforce skills, capabilities, and culture.
  2. Participate in the identification of skill gaps and training needs.
  3. Assist in the creation of engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars.
  4. Ensure accuracy and maintenance of training records.
  5. Support the completion of compliance training.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning activities.
  7. Facilitate partnerships with external training providers to deliver tailored training.
  8. Oversee government-funded training and development initiatives.
  9. Engage in people and culture projects, including social corporate responsibility, reward and recognition, and employee wellbeing.
  10. Maintain, review, and engage the Learning Management System.
  11. Evaluate training conducted to ensure it meets company objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and multitasking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, including administering an LMS and developing and coordinating workplace training and development strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience using Articulate, SCORM files, and UKG (Kronos) is highly desirable.
