We're seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer (LXD) to create engaging, impactful, and scalable learning experiences in the leadership development space. This role combines instructional design, user-centred learning strategies, and digital learning tools to enhance leadership capability across our client organisations. As part of the Learning & Development team, you'll work closely with clients to design high-quality learning experiences driving behavioural change and business impact.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
    • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Presentation and idea sharing.
    • Progress updates and feedback.
    • Proposal contribution (in some cases).
  • Instructional Design:
    • Design and develop learning resources, including workshop outlines, presentations, case studies, facilitator guides, pre-engagement activities, evaluation plans, and digital content.
    • Participate in workshops to refine learning experiences.
    • Analyse evaluation results to inform future improvements.
  • Group Initiatives:
    • Lead projects aligned with your interests, such as R&D partnership development, LXP platform enhancement, or executive coaching resource creation.
  • Credentials: At least 5 years of learning design experience, advanced MS Office skills, strong written/verbal communication skills, a client-centric approach, and efficient organisational abilities.
