**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to join our team in Mulgrave, VIC. As a key member of our AU Delivery Services team, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating training programs that drive business results.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our delivery stations and sort centres. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency and productivity.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with peers across the AU AMZL team, collaborating on regional learning projects, and serving as a subject matter expert for onboarding and training coordination.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
