As a Workplace Learning Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision. You will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating Workplace Learning programs, generating reports, and securing industry placements for students.

Your duties will involve conducting site visits, meeting with prospective employers, and supporting the selection, training, and induction of students, workplace supervisors, and assessors. You will also review and authorise employer compliance checklists, monitor student progress, and maintain program databases under the VET Coordinator's direction.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist with budget management, handle program paperwork and correspondence, and promote the Department's ethos by responding to community and parent inquiries.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and identify priorities. You must also possess sound written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, students, employers, and parents.
