Customer Relationship Professional

This role requires collaboration with customers to provide guidance and information about our courses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email;
  • Providing accurate advice to potential students;
  • Achieving performance targets and key performance indicators;
  • Assisting with the preparation of essential documentation;
  • Efficiently utilizing customer relationship management systems;
  • Maximizing lead conversion through effective strategies;
  • Managing customer relationships.

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is suitable for those with previous sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

It is essential that the successful applicant can build strong relationships with all stakeholders within the team. To do this, they will be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be able to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and/or customer service experience;
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a call centre/tele-sales environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders;
  • Previous experience using CRM software such as SalesForce (preferred).
