We're seeking a seasoned Sales Account Director to join our dynamic team at Olivercarol. As a key player in our sales strategy, you'll be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing software company at a time of incredible growth. You'll be an energetic self-starter with a proven track record in software sales to industrial manufacturing clients within the CPG, FMCG, or Beverage industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Australian and New Zealand markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • A proven track record of success in software sales to industrial clients within Australia & New Zealand (CPG, FMCG, Beverages)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Expertise in the field of production optimization or OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
  • Ability to develop new clients and build and nurture existing relationships
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Full proficiency in the English language
