As Director, you'll be the go-to expert for our proprietary media solutions—APEX Exchange, Epsilon Digital Media, PMX Lift, and CitrusAd. You'll partner closely with agencies to deliver innovative, data-driven media strategies that drive real business outcomes for clients.

This is a senior leadership role where you'll guide strategy, build strong relationships, and collaborate across teams to unlock growth opportunities. You'll also play a key role in shaping our media culture, mentoring teams, and scaling solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary contact for media solutions across a portfolio of agencies.
  • Drive revenue growth and support broader team targets.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across solutions to maximise client impact.
  • Lead strategic planning and quarterly business reviews with agency and client stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to inform product development and client strategy.
  • Foster collaboration across product, agency, and support teams.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and prospecting efforts.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of media experience, with a strong focus on digital and programmatic.
  • Proven success in driving media growth and managing senior client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of digital planning, buying, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools like PowerBI.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment.
