The Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced digital media professional to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our social platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful social media strategies, a strong understanding of digital publishing principles, and experience in leading and managing a social media team.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital media management, including social media strategy development and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital publishing principles, content optimization, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals and audience interests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy for our social platforms, collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Guide the execution of the growth strategy by channel, creating a push and pull content ecosystem.
  • Drive growth with existing audiences and attract new audiences to key marquee brands or platforms.
  • Regularly monitor performance and adjust strategy for all Mamamia brand, show, and sub-brand channels.
