Vertical Growth Leader

We are seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead growth, innovation and profitability in the Media and Telco vertical.

This high-impact leadership role combines strategic vision, deep industry expertise and customer obsession to drive commercial success.

  • Strategic Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes and unlock new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand existing accounts and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Act as a thought leader, contributing to industry trends and insights to stay ahead of the competition.

You will work closely with clients to implement effective pricing strategies through our Commercial Coach framework.

Business Growth:

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Media vertical to drive sustainable revenue and profitability.
  • Own and manage the vertical's P&L to ensure financial performance and margin optimization.
  • Partner with Sales and other departments to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities and ensure our solutions address real industry challenges through innovative coaching and consulting services.

Team & Resource Management:

  • Lead and develop a team of 1–4 direct reports to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective resourcing and efficient operations.
  • Monitor vertical performance against targets and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
