Optimising Vehicle Fleet Operations

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Fleet Administration Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and reliable operation of our vehicle fleet. This involves managing all aspects of fleet management, from acquisition and utilisation through to maintenance, replacement planning and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure our vehicle fleet is maintained in an optimum state to guarantee the safety and security of drivers, passengers and valuable cargo throughout our operations.
- Develop and implement fleet policy to support operational continuity, sustainability and optimal cost outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or a combination of qualifications and significant experience in fleet management and operations.
- Strong experience in fleet operations and management, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, disposal and overall portfolio oversight.
- Proficiency in corporate financial and administrative systems, with hands-on experience using fleet management and telematics platforms to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
