About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to partner with leaders in optimising, socialising and embedding integrated sales and operations planning for coal haulage.

You will balance supply and demand strategies, maximise asset and labour utilisation, and drive capacity planning outcomes that meet customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and socialise the Coal Integrated Plan: a demand, labour and fleet master plan
  • Assess capacity to deliver on new business and meet growth in customer demand
  • Harmonise supply and demand plans to maximise resource utilisation and demand fulfilment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Highly resilient with ability to thrive under pressure
  • Superb negotiation and communication skills
  • Great conceptual and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of rail supply chain advantageous but not essential
