The Role:You will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care in our facility, providing proactive care that creates special moments and enriches daily life.
With your knowledge and thoughtful decisions, you'll manage care plans that uplift the mind, body, and spirit through a deep understanding of each resident's holistic needs.
Ensure the safe and reliable management of medication delivery according to protocols and procedures, with accurate documentation of medication plans, interventions, and progress notes.
Work closely within the team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models that meet best practice standards.
Requirements:- A true passion for caring for others to deliver holistic care that supports residents.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Ability to quickly build knowledge of AN-ACC funding system attributes.
- Experience providing nursing services in aged care, hospitals, or community care settings.
- Appreciation for the importance of accurate reporting and documentation management.
To work in residential aged care, you must provide satisfactory background checks and relevant certifications.
