Job Title:

Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to cultivate customer relationships and provide exceptional service through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate customer relationships by utilizing in-depth knowledge of Comm Scope products and capabilities.
  • Process purchase orders, sample requests, and approved return requests.
  • Expedite shipments and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Setup regular calls with customers to review open backlog and discuss potential issues.
  • Process rebates claims and stock returns.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfillment environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
