Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, training, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical/hydraulic equipment, and analytical skills to interpret service manuals and technical documentation. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present to diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, contributing to the development and delivery of training programs, product testing, and new product introductions. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of petrol/diesel engines, mechanical systems, and electrical/hydraulic equipment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to all types of audiences
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret service manuals and technical documentation
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and a valid Australian driver's license
