Community Engagement Professional

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead community development activities across various regions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and delivering programs that meet quality standards and work plan requirements.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis with stakeholders and community leaders, engaging with communities to co-design and implement responses to identified needs, and building professional partnerships to enhance program operations and community connectedness.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Five years equivalent experience and/or Tertiary qualifications in Community Development/Development studies or relevant Discipline
- Demonstrated experience in working with CALD communities and an understanding of settlement issues
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management and community engagement strategies
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Policy formulation, development, and implementation experience
- Proficiency in using MS office, databases, and communication technologies
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Holder of a valid Driver's Licence
- Available to work after hours/weekends if needed
