Key Role Summary:
As a senior pavements professional, this leadership position offers an opportunity to provide strategic guidance and direction for the national pavements technical capability. Collaborating with sector leaders and considering the broader business context, you will work across Australia to achieve SMEC's vision.
Pavement Manager Responsibilities- Strategically lead the development of pavements capabilities, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- Manage client relationships at a national level, fostering trust and driving successful outcomes.
- Lead project teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, leveraging your expertise in pavement design and management.
- Proven industry experience, ideally 20+ years, with a strong reputation as an authority in transport infrastructure design.
- Successful track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects, delivering results-driven solutions that meet client expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills.
