The senior leadership position provides operational direction to the activities of the Pavements technical capability. This involves driving operations, technical excellence, and delivery performance of the Pavements capability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational, technical, and business development direction for the Pavements capability to support SMEC's vision and values.
- Ensure capability development and mobilization of the Pavements capability nationally.
- Manage national client relationships.
- 20+ years' industry experience in transport infrastructure design.
- Recognised as an authority in the sector with ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to build trusting and productive client relationships.
