We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to join our team.
- To summarize:
Our ideal candidate will have experience in document control, be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and possess strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure compliance with internal and client requirements.
- Collate project documentation from project teams, including QA and HSEQ, and verify its accuracy.
- Ensure that all outgoing project documentation aligns with relevant client requirements.
- Provide guidance to project teams on document management and promote adherence to document control standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a document control role within the construction industry.
- Ability to communicate across various levels and teams.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in working with engineers and project teams to create technical support content.
- Previous experience with Sharepoint, Aconex, and Procon, as well as Microsoft suite of products.
