**Job Overview**

As a Claims Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping landlords navigate property damage, tenant issues, or financial loss. You will be the first point of contact for these customers and provide them with clear, timely updates and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims end-to-end, owning a portfolio of claims and providing exceptional service to customers.
  • Liaise across teams, working closely with assessors, trades, internal departments, and external partners to get the best outcomes.
