About the Role

As a part-time Myotherapist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to enhance mobility and movement, promoting independence and wellbeing.

You will work with clients with diverse physical conditions, tailoring your care to make a meaningful difference in their quality of life.

This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assessing symptoms and medical history, making diagnoses, and developing care plans for individuals
* Manipulating muscles and soft tissue to promote healing and relaxation
* Educating and training clients on therapy techniques and self-care
* Providing goal-setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening, and improving posture
* Referring clients to Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology treatment when necessary
* Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
* Documenting and reporting on client progress
