Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Packaging Expert to join our team in North Sydney Office. As a key member of our Marketing Division, you will be responsible for managing packaging development for innovation & renovation projects.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable packaging solutions that meet commercial viability and agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the packaging component of marketing innovation & renovation projects
  • Support our sustainability strategy and develop, maintain & review technical specifications
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally and articulate business priorities, drivers, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience (~5 years) leading packaging development for projects with cross-functional teams, ideally within an FMCG and manufacturing environment
  • Project Management skills and ability to handle multiple & varied project types with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in packaging development methods, print technology, and artwork approval
  • Experience in sustainable packaging technologies and awareness of Australia's packaging targets (APCO) and ARL
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on your qualifications and experience.
