The Role

We are seeking a skilled Motorhome Maintenance Coordinator to join our Sydney Rental Branch team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our rental fleet, ensuring that every vehicle is in top condition before it reaches our customers. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and repair of living compartments of motorhomes and campervans
  • Cleaning and preparation of vehicles for customer pick-up
  • Performing routine checks to identify potential issues
  • Working closely with the Sydney Rental Branch team to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in maintenance roles in facilities or vehicles
  • Valid open manual driver's license (necessary for driving RVs)
  • Eye for detail and ability to deliver results
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience using power tools and equipment
  • Comfortable working with computers and navigating software systems
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
