Job Overview

This technical leadership position focuses on expanding market share, developing a pipeline of work, overseeing and delivering projects to client satisfaction, and providing technical leadership across the Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead engagement with clients, stakeholders, and industry across diverse maritime projects.
  • Project management to add value across the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, mentoring less experienced members.
  • Prepare proposals and bids for projects.
  • Contribute to business development activities, developing relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on opportunities, design management, and technical leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and management of maritime infrastructure projects.
  • 15-20 years of professional experience in planning, assessment, analysis, design, and remediation of maritime structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/direct multidisciplinary teams in delivering large projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant standards and industry best practices.
  • Experience identifying/pursuing opportunities and building relationships with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil or Structural Engineering with registration/chartering.
  • Eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance is preferred.
