Senior Film Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the delivery of projects to VFX producers, supervisors, and artists.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and adapt a detailed plan for project success in collaboration with VFX producers, supervisors, and heads of department.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with visual effects teams to ensure goals and deadlines are met, and schedules remain on track.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Production Manager in a production-driven environment.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience working with databases.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage artists and clients with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of FTP software and HTML/Wiki skills are a plus.
- Experience working with FileMaker.
