Sydney Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing all marketing campaigns, coordinating bookings and materials, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and executing all marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning;
- Coordinating bookings and materials, including photography, graphic design, and printing;
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including vendors, buyers, and agents;
- Database management, data entry, and contact management;
- Updating brochures, signboards, and other marketing materials;
- Ordering and sending out invoices, marketing schedules, and other communications;
- Processing management agreements, lead campaigns, and CRM updates;
- Maintaining a professional and presentable office environment;
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field;
- High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Focused, proactive, and motivated personality;
- Strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- High level problem-solving and time management skills;
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up and communication skills;
