The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven individual to join our Sales and Marketing team at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team and other departments as required.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team, including preparing reports, proposals, mail-outs, and outgoing communication materials.
  • Assisting the team in maintaining a logical and up-to-date filing system.
  • Supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing and BDM with research, analysis of results, and compilation of monthly Sales/Marketing reports.
  • Providing customer service and telemarketing support when required.
  • Assisting with local area marketing promotions, including producing flyers, posters, menus, newsletters, and distributing flyers and EDMs.
  • Conducting market research to analyze data regarding consumer patterns and preferences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Highly competent in using MS Office and general computer skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize work, and manage details for various projects.
  • Organized and reliable team member.
  • Experience with Marketing software such as Adobe Publisher, InDesign.
  • Previous experience working within Sales & Marketing, Events, or a Hotel environment is desirable.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
