About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and friendly Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. As the face of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the office environment, including maintaining a clean and tidy space, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available
  • Coordinate daily and weekly tasks, including ordering fruit and managing office activities
  • Assist with car charging and post office runs as needed
  • Organise and maintain the office desk area, ensuring all necessary documents and equipment are readily available
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities
