Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and driven revenue manager for our hotel portfolio who can apply their experience, knowledge, and expertise to deliver optimal revenue management services.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing and driving all market segments and channels, with a strong focus on yield management strategy and execution.

About the Role

The role reports into our centralised revenue team and is responsible for providing revenue management services for our operated hotels, driving performance, share, and maximum profitability. Key responsibilities include analysing daily hotel reports, identifying opportunities to maximise hotel room and food and beverage revenue, checking distribution channels for hotel and competitor positioning, and developing strategies to best capture available market share.

The ideal candidate will have previous cluster revenue management experience and a proven performance record in managing and driving all market segments and channels. They will also have strong report writing, analysis, and recommendation rationale skills, as well as experience with revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide revenue management services for our operated hotels, driving performance, share, and maximum profitability.
  2. Analyse daily hotel reports to identify opportunities to maximise hotel room and food and beverage revenue.
  3. Check distribution channels for hotel and competitor positioning and develop strategies to best capture available market share.
  4. Manage and review RMS systems, identifying system changes, demand updates, and critical inputs in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Provide revenue management expertise and leadership to all key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Previous cluster revenue management experience.
  • Proven performance record in managing and driving all market segments and channels.
  • Strong report writing, analysis, and recommendation rationale skills.
  • Experience with revenue management systems.
  • Full suite of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
