Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our reception team at headspace Lismore.

The Customer Experience Officer plays a vital role in ensuring high levels of customer service by providing professional, compassionate, and integrity-driven support to young people, families, and friends.

This role is critical in connecting people to supports and information in a timely manner, while ensuring they feel heard and valued by the service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse community, including young people who may present in distress.
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Utilize technology to efficiently undertake administrative tasks and provide relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes and prioritize issues to ensure timely resolution.
