Job Title: Principal Test Automation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced test automation specialist to join our team. As a principal test automation specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using TOSCA and Selenium. Your expertise in test automation will help us improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our software testing processes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing test plans, including functional testing, regression testing, and manual testing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testable requirements, analyze and troubleshoot defects, and provide root cause analysis reports.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills to work effectively with different project stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong background in automation testing
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Atlassian Platform (JIRA, Confluence)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Point of Sale systems, retail domain, and SAP systems
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools using Azure DevOps
