Continuous Improvement Specialist
This position plays a vital role in driving optimisation and improvement initiatives within our organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve quality outcomes
- Facilitate collaborative teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Model and promote a constructive culture, focusing on skill development and process improvement practices
- Deliver outstanding results in driving operational efficiencies and change management initiatives
- Support the development of high-performance teams
- Engage with key stakeholders to influence and drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Formal qualification in Continuous Improvement or Lean manufacturing
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a continuous improvement type role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business
- Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex systems
