Continuous Improvement Specialist

This position plays a vital role in driving optimisation and improvement initiatives within our organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification in Continuous Improvement or Lean manufacturing
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a continuous improvement type role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business
  • Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex systems
