We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and drive our Customer Fulfilment team.

About the Role

This position requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, team growth, and continuous improvement to support organisational objectives and deliver exceptional service to customers.

  • Lead, mentor and drive the team to reach their own development goals whilst achieving organisational objectives
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy & culture plans
  • Support in the implementation of the overall Logistics strategy
  • Foster and maintain exceptional relationships with internal cross-functional teams
  • Analyse supply chain data and provide improvement recommendations

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and communication skills to inspire and motivate the team.
