Key Responsibilities:- Promote excellence in teaching and learning by leading and managing faculty members
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement educational strategies that align with Catholic values
- Analyse data to inform instruction and drive student achievement
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Foster a culture of assessment and feedback to promote student growth and improvement
- Suitably qualified to teach and lead in HSIE and Languages (Japanese)
- Proven experience in staff leadership and management
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and inform instruction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
