As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and excellence in our retail stores. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This role involves leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 20 store associates to achieve outstanding sales results and provide excellent customer service. You will maintain a high standard of store presentation, liaise with stock allocators, and work independently to manage inventory levels and maximise return on floor space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of store associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines
  • Liaise with stock allocators and other departments to ensure accurate inventory management and effective supply chain logistics
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the store
